1. Definitions
- Client/Customer/You – refers to any individual, company, or institution purchasing a product or service from Synergy Tech Solar.
- System – refers to the solar PV system or related energy infrastructure installed or sold.
- Agreement – the legally binding contract between Synergy Tech Solar and the Client.
- SLA – Service Level Agreement for post-installation maintenance or performance support.
2. Scope of Service
Synergy Tech Solar provides the following services:
- Design, supply, and installation of solar power systems
- Energy audits and site inspections
- Sales of solar panels, batteries, inverters, and accessories
- Maintenance and system monitoring services
- Turnkey solar projects for homes, offices, estates, and industrial facilities
3. Orders, Quotes, and Acceptance
- All quotes are valid for 15 business days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- A project officially begins once the quote is accepted and the first payment is received.
- Synergy Tech Solar reserves the right to withdraw or revise a quotation based on changes in market conditions, currency, or scope.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full or in approved installments based on the agreed payment schedule.
- All installment plans must be honored as scheduled. Late payments may attract interest charges of 2% per month.
- Ownership of all installed materials remains with Synergy Tech Solar until full payment is received.
- Payments are to be made only to our approved bank account(s) as specified on official invoices.
5. Installation & Site Access
- The Client agrees to provide unrestricted access to the site for surveys, installation, and maintenance.
- Any delays caused by limited access, ongoing construction, or interference from third parties will not be the responsibility of Synergy Tech Solar.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is safe, free of hazards, and suitable for installation.
6. System Performance & Warranties
- Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty
- Inverters: 1–5 year manufacturer warranty, depending on brand
- Batteries: 2–10 years, depending on type and usage profile
- Workmanship Warranty: 12 months from the installation completion date
Warranty is void if the system is:
- Tampered with by unauthorized persons
- Damaged by power surges, weather extremes beyond specification, or misuse
- Improperly maintained or relocated without notice
7. Force Majeure
Synergy Tech Solar will not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, diagrams, technical proposals, and branded materials remain the intellectual property of Synergy Tech Solar and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
9. Liability Limitation
- Synergy Tech Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service.
- Maximum liability, if proven, is limited to the cost of the specific component or service under dispute.
- We shall not be responsible for loss of business, data, or reputation due to system performance, interruptions, or installation delays.
H2: 10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders cancelled within 72 hours of payment may be refunded less administrative costs.
- Custom-designed or partially installed systems are non-refundable.
- In the event of contract cancellation by the client after mobilization, any direct or indirect costs incurred by Synergy Tech Solar will be deducted from any potential refund.
11. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall first be addressed amicably through internal resolution channels.
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration under Nigerian law.
- Legal jurisdiction shall be the courts of [Insert State, e.g., Lagos State, Nigeria].
12. Changes to These Terms
